How do I see my outstanding bills?

To view your outstanding balances:

  1. Login to your billing portal
  2. Scroll down to "Visit Details"
  3. Click on the desired visit

After clicking into an invoice, you will see detailed information on the charges for each service, how much insurance paid, and how much you owe. You can use this information to help equip you should you need to contact insurance or our call center.
